I think this cartoon means that Global Warming IS happening and someday it will effect us a lot. I think what the reporter is saying means that Global Warming will effect us even though it is happening somewhere else in the world. Its cute how the Polar Bears are sun bathing and the Penguins are playing Volleyball but the animals are unaware about Global Warming.
I think this cartoon is saying that poeple are causing global warming for there enjoyment, like how the polar bears melted the ice to create the beach. I think it is sad that people destroy the enviroment just to make money.

I like Ashlyn's comment about the animals. They do look like they're having a blast. However they don't have a clue of what is happening.

Ashlyn, those are seals. I think this cartoon is saying that people are denying global warming but in this picture the North Pole is a beach and all the animals that used to live in North Pole seem to be adapting, but eventually it is going to affect and perhaps kill these animals to not be in their natural habitat, and when it does it will be our fault.
I think that the article is trying to say that global warming can affect people and animals.The north pole looks like a beach in the cartoon. I think that we need to stop global warming because otherwise animals can die.
The cartoon shows that the author thinks global warming is getting worse. They show it by having seals and polar bears sun bathing and playing volleyball. The author is trying to get a point out about how much global warming is effecting the animals. They are trying to pursuade people with the comic by exaggerating their point.
Although I appreciate the fact that many of you are thinking of the animals, but what about HUMANS? What kind of effects do you think global warming will have on humans?
I think this article was about globel warming. It was also saying that polar bears and peguians and other animals will become extinct
i think that everyone thinks that globle warming is hard to get use to but its like a beach and in the cold parts to them its warm. and all of the animals are use to it.

i think that the cartoon is explaining global warming because it efects animals by making an o-zone wich sun heat can get in but not out so this melts there habitats.it effects us because the o-zone keeps the posinous gases in wich in the future we may not be able to breath.
